Hello everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.
It’s time for me to share the rest of ‘Part One’ and all of ‘Part Two’ of my latest ‘Doctor Who’ story in ‘The Fifth Doctor by Tim Bradley’ series called ‘Swing Time’. This four-part story has the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Billy meeting Judy Garland along with Mickey Rooney aboard a ocean cruise ship in 1939. Continue reading

Last weekend, my Mum and I went to Wigan. We attended the ‘Wigan Comic Con Summer 2026’ at the Robin Park Sports Centre. We had a great time that weekend. The comic con itself was a very fun-filled day with meeting special guests from ‘Doctor Who’. Continue reading

It’s time for another interview with Sarah Sutton (Nyssa of Traken in ‘Doctor Who’), who I saw recently at ‘Wigan Comic Con Summer 2026’ at the Robin Park Sports Centre in Wigan in September 2026. In my latest interview with Sarah, we chat about her dual appearance as Nyssa and Ann Talbot in the ‘Doctor Who’ story ‘Black Orchid’, which was shown in March 1982. Continue reading

At this point in time, I’ll soon be seeing Sarah Sutton and Sophie Aldred at the ‘Wigan Comic Con Summer 2026’ event this weekend. In preparation for that, I’ve listened to an episode of ‘Sophie Aldred’s Ace Odyssey’ podcast series with Sarah Sutton as a special guest. 🙂 Continue reading

At long last! 🙂 I get to share my latest video with Sarah Sutton (Nyssa of Traken in ‘Doctor Who’)! We recorded this video sketch at the ‘Festival of the Time Lords’ convention at Newark Showground in Newark back in May 2026. It was a great opportunity for me to do a video with Sarah about the fact that there are now two ‘Empire of Death’ books in ‘Doctor Who’, including the BBC Book by David Bishop, featuring the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa, and the Target novelization by Scott Handcock, featuring the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby. It’s taken me a while to share this video by going through the ‘Space Babies’, ’73 Yards’, ‘Rogue’ and ‘Empire of Death’ Target novelizations, but I’m glad to be sharing this video with Sarah at last! Thanks to my best friend from school – Stephen Buckley – for being the cameraman when Sarah and I did our video. I hope everyone enjoys the video! 🙂 Continue reading

After finishing my in-depth reviews on Series 14 of the new ‘Doctor Who’ TV series, it’s time for me to share my latest review on the exclusive BBC iPlayer series ‘Tales of the TARDIS’. This was to celebrate the 60th anniversary of ‘Doctor Who’ back in November 2023. Originally six episodes, this is now a seven-episode series with its seventh being a special one released in June 2024 between the Series 14 two-part finale ‘The Legend of Ruby Sunday’/’Empire of Death’. To commemorate my first meeting with Sarah Sutton (Nyssa of Traken in ‘Doctor Who’) at the ‘Fifth Element’ convention in February 2010, here’s a brand-new video containing my reactions to Season 20 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series, originally shared from March to June 2025. This was when I was updating my reviews on the stories of Season 20 of the classic TV series during that year, based on ‘The Collection’ Blu-ray box set that was released in 2023. Continue reading
