Hello everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.
It’s that time of the year for me where I share a blog post or a review to commemorate my sister Bethan, who sadly passed away when I was small. Today is her birthday! She would’ve been 39 today. One of her favourite Disney animated films when growing up was the 1953 film ‘Peter Pan’. Continue reading

As promised, here’s my brand-new in-depth review on an Easter film, which I first saw on Disney+ last year. It’s time to check out the 2004 film ‘Winnie the Pooh: Springtime with Roo’. This is the first time I’ve done an in-depth review on a ‘Winnie the Pooh’ film, especially one featuring Pooh and his friends in the Disney sense. This is following on from my quick reviews on ‘Winnie the Pooh’ films produced by Disney like ‘The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh’, the 2018 film ‘Christopher Robin’, ‘Pooh’s Grand Adventure: The Search For Christopher Robin’ and of course ‘Springtime with Roo’. Continue reading

I’ve finished checking out a collection of ‘Scooby-Doo’ films that I’ve been watching since I purchased the 4-disc DVD set in April 2024 when I was in Leicester attending the ‘Comic Con Mania Leicester’. I know it’s taken me a while to review these films, but I’m glad to have seen them at last. Continue reading

And we have a bit of an Easter-themed Disney+ Roundup on ‘Bradley’s Basement’ today! This specifically concerns the third film ‘Winnie the Pooh: Springtime with Roo’. And I’ve seen two ‘Winnie the Pooh’ films lately, which I’ve enjoyed very much. First things first: ‘Escape to Witch Mountain’! Continue reading

Quite recently, I saw a re-release of ‘Shrek 2’ at the cinema. I greatly enjoyed revisiting the film on the big screen since its release in 2004. Therefore, I’ve decided to share an overview of what I think of each of the four ‘Shrek’ films in turn. Hopefully, I’ll do in-depth reviews of the four films in future. Continue reading

Back in the 1990s, I used to enjoy watching ‘Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers’, a Disney cartoon show that was shown on some weekends on GMTV in the UK. I know in the USA, they had the TV show shown on weekdays for their ‘Disney Afternoon’ block, but sadly I didn’t have that luxury back then. Continue reading

Last year, I did a quick review on ‘Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmas’, which my parents and I saw on Disney+. This year, my parents and I have seen ‘Mickey’s Twice Upon A Christmas’ on Disney+. I really enjoyed the 2004 sequel to the 1999 anthology film. Mind you, it isn’t as good as the first film. Continue reading

On Disney+, I recently saw the 1988 film ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit’! I used to watch this film when I was a kid back in the 1990s. I enjoyed the film very much as a kid and I still like it to this day. It’s an impressive film combining live-action and cartoon animation. It has a good story with good humour. Continue reading

As it’s nearly my birthday tomorrow, I thought I’d share with you my reviews on the ‘Spider-Man’ movies that I’ve already reviewed on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. You have your favourite Spider-Man, I have mine. Whether it’d be Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield or Tom Holland, we all have our unique opinions about Spider-Man in the movies. Continue reading

After sharing my Disney reviews on the ‘Countdown to Christmas’ DVD last week, my parents and I watched ‘Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmas’ on Disney+! I love this anthology film! I used to watch it more than once over the Christmas period when I had it on VHS in the early 2000s. It’s such a treat! Continue reading
