Hello everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
So, after seeing the 40th anniversary re-release of ‘The Transformers: The Movie’ at the Omniplex Cinema in Wigan last weekend, I stayed on to watch the 12-minute short film called ‘Optimus Prime: Awakening’ shown after that. As a short film, it was fascinating to see. 🙂 Continue reading

Last weekend, after attending the ‘Wigan Comic Con Summer 2026’ on Saturday and seeing ‘Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom’ on Sunday afternoon, I saw a re-release of ‘The Transformers: The Movie’, which was shown at the Omniplex Cinema in Wigan. Continue reading

It’s that time of the year for me where I share a blog post or a review to commemorate my sister Bethan, who sadly passed away when I was small. Today is her birthday! She would’ve been 39 today. One of her favourite Disney animated films when growing up was the 1953 film ‘Peter Pan’. Continue reading

I’ve finished checking out a collection of ‘Scooby-Doo’ films that I’ve been watching since I purchased the 4-disc DVD set in April 2024 when I was in Leicester attending the ‘Comic Con Mania Leicester’. I know it’s taken me a while to review these films, but I’m glad to have seen them at last. Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
Usually, I’d purchase a ‘Tom and Jerry’ film when spending a weekend attending a convention somewhere. When I was in Plymouth earlier this month, I purchased the ‘Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase’ DVD. This is a nice change to check out a ‘Scooby-Doo’ film instead of a ‘Tom and Jerry’ film. Continue reading

It’s that time again for me to share the first Disney+ Roundup of films that I’ve seen in January 2024. I saw three movies via Disney+ on the first three Fridays of the month. Hopefully, I’ll get to share more thoughts on Disney+ content soon via ‘Bradley’s Basement’, including Season 3 of ‘The Orville’. Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.
I’ve seen the two Disney live-action films based on Lewis Carroll’s works featuring Alice, including the 2010 film ‘Alice In Wonderland’ and the 2016 film ‘Alice Through The Looking Glass’. I’ve enjoyed both films on Disney+, but they’re not great films and they’re loosely based on their source material. Continue reading

Following me checking out the latest trailer for the three upcoming ‘Doctor Who’ specials for the TV show’s 60th anniversary, I decided to check out two films featuring Neil Patrick Harris, who is to guest star in the specials. The two films are the live-action ‘Smurfs’ movies, which I saw on Netflix. 🙂 Continue reading

It’s that time again for another Disney+ Roundup. I’ll soon be sharing a quick review on ‘Ms. Marvel’ on my blog, but for now, let’s talk about the three latest movies I saw on Disney+. Interestingly, each of the three movies I’ve seen lately are a part of a film series that I’ve not seen every entry of yet. 😀 Continue reading

It’s Christmas time! 🙂 And once again we’re back for some more full-length Christmas-related reviews in December 2022. To start off, let’s talk about ‘The Santa Clause’ trilogy of movies today! And what good timing this is with ‘The Santa Clauses’ series on Disney+. ‘The Santa Clause’ movies star Tim Allen (who voices Buzz Lightyear in the ‘Toy Story’ films) as Scott Calvin/Santa Claus. I’ve enjoyed checking out these movies over the years at Christmas. They’ve been very entertaining in depicting this Disney live-action version of Santa. 🙂
