I’ve revisited ‘The Visitation’, one of my favourite ‘Doctor Who’ stories from the Peter Davison era, on DVD recently. In revisiting the story, I also re-watched the 45-minute making-of documentary of ‘The Visitation’ called ‘Grim Tales’, featuring Peter Davison, Sarah Sutton, Janet Fielding and Mark Strickson. I’ve now added my review on the ‘Doctor Who – Enlightenment’ novelization by Barbara Clegg. The novelization is on the third story of ‘The Black Guardian Trilogy’. Today, I’ve added my review on the novelization/audiobook, ‘Doctor Who – The Five Doctors’ by Terrance Dicks. The novelization is on the classic TV story celebrating 20 years of ‘Doctor Who’, featuring the first five Doctors with companions, monsters and the Death Zone on Gallifrey. The audiobook is read by Jon Culshaw with Nicholas Briggs as the Dalek and Cybermen voices. Continue reading
