Hello everyone! 🙂
Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!
I’ve seen the latest Disney/Pixar film called ‘Elemental’ on Disney+. I must admit, when the trailers for this film came out at cinemas this year, I wasn’t particularly impressed by the film’s premise. A film about a world inhabited by anthropomorphic elements of nature e.g., fire, water, air, earth, etc. Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.
Usually, I don’t see two movies at the cinema in a row on the same day, but last Saturday, I saw ‘Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse’ in the morning and ‘Transformers: Rise of the Beasts’ in the afternoon. I enjoyed both movies and I’m hoping to do in-depth reviews on the two films in future. 🙂 Continue reading

As the ‘Bedford Who Charity Con’ is coming up this Saturday, I thought I’d share with you two reviews I’ve done on two films which are Sarah Sutton (Nyssa in ‘Doctor Who’)’s favourites. There’s my review on the Disney/Pixar film ‘Ratatouille’, which I saw on DVD last Saturday. I cooked a lasagne meal for me and my parents, based on Sarah Sutton’s recipe in ‘The Doctor Who Cookbook’ by Gary Downie, which we had while watching the film. Continue reading

Last Friday, my parents and I saw the new Disney/Pixar film on Disney+ called ‘Luca’! I must say, I found this is a better Disney/Pixar movie experience compared to ‘Soul’ last Christmas. The story was easier to follow and felt more enjoyable compared to how I saw ‘Soul’ on Disney+ back in 2020. Continue reading

If you were to tell me after seeing ‘Toy Story 4’ in 2019 that I would be seeing the Disney/Pixar films ‘Onward’ and ‘Soul’ in 2020, I probably would’ve just shrugged and said, “Maybe, maybe not. I’m not that bothered to see them to be honest.” My, my, how things have changed since 2020 began! 🙂 Continue reading

Before the coronavirus pandemic affected the UK – please keep safe – my Mum and I had planned to see the latest Disney/Pixar film called ‘Onward’ at the cinema. Unfortunately, with the restrictions in cinemas and the eventual closure of them because of the lockdown, that wasn’t possible. A shame! 🙁 Continue reading

The Disney film trilogy at the cinema for the summer of 2019 continues! It started with the live-action ‘Aladdin’ film in May. This month in June, we continue the trilogy by looking into the fourth instalment of a movie series that I’ve loved and grown up watching since childhood. I’ve seen ‘Toy Story 4’! Continue reading

As I saw ‘Incredibles 2’ last Saturday at the cinema, I might as well share a few quick thoughts on the short Pixar film that was shown before the movie. This is ‘Bao’, a little film about an ageing, Chinese-Canadian woman who gets to be a mother again when she makes this dumpling that becomes a boy. Continue reading

Last Saturday, I saw ‘Incredibles 2’ at the cinema! This is the sequel to the Disney/Pixar superhero film called ‘The Incredibles’ that was released in cinemas back in 2004. ‘Incredibles 2’ has been 14 years in the making! 14 years! Wow! A lot of thought and effort must have been put into this movie. Continue reading
