In this ‘Spider-Man’ story, the Fly Twins – Stan and Lee Patterson – from ‘The Spider and the Fly’ make a return. I like these two villains and wish they had more appearances in the 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ series. I think they would be fantastic in the ‘Spider-Man’ comics had they appeared in them. 🙂

The Fly Twins break into a vault and frame Spider-Man. They do that by placing a fly tracer on him so that they can commit crimes without being caught by him. Mind you, I don’t get it when the police find Spider-Man’s mask left on the ground that they instantly accuse him for committing the crimes.

Spidey was seen with his mask on when he showed up. Wouldn’t the general public question why Spidey is still wearing his mask when the police have his mask in their hands. It’s all pretty confusing. Thankfully, Spidey manages to find the tracer on his Spider-Man suit and he catches the Fly twins. 😀

This is the last story to be shown in Season 1 of the 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ TV series. TV was made very differently in the 1960s where season finales weren’t conceived in a sophisticated manner. Jameson also keeps being vain about himself whilst Betty Brant questions Jameson’s theories about Spidey. 😐
