‘KNIGHT MUST FALL’
Please feel free to comment on my review.

This ‘Spider-Man’ story has our webslinger fighting a white knight in shining armour called Sir Galahad. We’ve no idea where we came from and he treats everyone, whether it’d be petty thug or superhero, to be an enemy. But he doesn’t ride on a horse. He rides on a strange sort of car-thing. 😐
I actually would’ve liked it if the knight ended up being a good guy rather than Spidey catching him as a criminal at the end. It would’ve provided a moral aspect to the story especially when Spidey was getting to know him like when he got to know the Pluto aliens in ‘Sub-Zero For Spidey’. It’s abysmal.
There’s also an inconsistency in terms of the animation for J. Jonah Jameson when Peter meets him in his office at the Daily Bugle. In one shot, he’s wearing a suit facing Peter. In another, he’s not wearing his jacket. You could’ve easily confused that with there being two Jamesons in the story. 😀
I found myself laughing at that inconsistency when my parents and I saw it in the story. Betty Brant also appears in this too. In all of her appearances in the ‘Spider-Man’ series, Betty hasn’t had much of a character development. It’s a shame, as she could’ve been a permanent love interest for Peter here.
‘Knight Must Fall’ rating – 4/10
