‘SPIDER-MAN MEETS DR. NOAH BODDY’
Please feel free to comment on my review.

Once again, Spider-Man confronts a villain who has never appeared in the ‘Spider-Man’ comics. This happens to be an invisible man called Dr. Noah Boddy. As in…‘no-body’.! Get it? Get the pun? Ha, ha! Yeah this is where the ‘Spider-Man’ 1960s series became really cheesy and corny in its approach.
We don’t even get to see what Dr. Noah Boddy looks like. It’s also ridiculous to have a villain called Noah Boddy as a pun on ‘nobody’. It’s like having a ‘Doctor Who’ villain called Nobody No-One. That would be ridiculous…oh wait! Big Finish did it in ‘The Word Lord’ and ‘A Death in the Family’. Hmm!
In the story, J. Jonah Jameson scoffs at the man called Dr. Noah Boddy who claims to have a found a means of rendering himself invisible. Jameson gets framed for attempted robberies by Boddy. It’s funny how the police keep catching Jameson in the act and Peter Parker has to keep bailing him out.
Thankfully, Boddy gets webbed up by Spider-Man for the police to take away. I am noticing a lack of main characters featured in the 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ series as Jameson is always the one who become a victim of the villains’ plans. Gwen Stacy and Mary Jane Watson haven’t appeared yet here.
‘Spider-Man Meets Dr. Noah Boddy’ rating – 6/10
