‘ELECTRO THE HUMAN LIGHTNING BOLT’

Please feel free to comment on my review.

Yes, the story’s title sounds ridiculous. ‘Electro the Human Lightning Bolt’ was paired with ‘Where Crawls the Lizard’ once shown on TV. In the story, Spidey catches Electro where he seems to be robbing J. Jonah Jameson’s flat. Taking photos of Electro, Spidey tries to show them to Mr. Jameson.

But Jameson is convinced that Spidey robbed his flat and isn’t convinced by the photos Peter took of Electro. Spidey soon gets set up by Electro a number of times in the robberies he makes. The police try to catch Spidey during one of these robberies but Spidey manages to escape using his webbing. 🙂

Spidey eventually tracks Electro down to a fairground where he catches him, using a new web. After defeating Electro, Spidey has him webbed outside Jameson’s office at the Daily Bugle. Once Jameson sees Electro outside his office, he goes to find Peter’s photos of Electro, which Betty Brant gives him.

Speaking of which, as these Season 1 stories of ‘Spider-Man’ were transmitted on TV, the origins for some of the villains don’t get revealed. Apart from the Lizard (sorry, Lizard Man), Doc Ock and Electro haven’t been given an origins story. Maybe they might be given origins in future episodes. 😐

‘Electro the Human Lightning Bolt’ rating – 7/10
