The (TV) and (Audio) stories are highlighted in BOLD and INDIGO.
The (Book) stories are to remain un-highlighted for now.
Regarding the (Book) stories, I’ve identified each of them as follows in the KEY below.

‘Prologue: The Sixth Doctor’ from ‘Supremacy of the Cybermen’ (Comic) takes place here.
‘He Jests At Scars’ (Audio) – BFAD** take place in an alternative timeline with the Valyeard and Melanie Bush.
The Valeyard’s appearance in ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’ takes place here.

N.B. The Valeyard’s Timeline could occur between ‘The Eleventh Doctor’s Timeline’ and ‘The Twelfth Doctor’s Timeline’. This is due to the fact that the Valeyard is an darker amalgamation of the Doctor between his twelfth and ‘final’ incarnations.

Bradley's Basement 
Have you heard the theory that The Valeyard is The Meta-Crisis Doctor (or at the very least created from his DNA)
Was putting together My Series One-Three (The First Doctor, Daleks, Cybermen, etc Sorta One Universal Timeline, Cross referencing the timelines here) and came across the forgotten comic. It has (according to Tardis Wiki) The Meta-Crisis Doctor Calling himself The Valeyard.
Something I’ll put here for those interested (and that take this theory as true) [I do, it just fits Imo]

I’ve not come across that theory before that the Valeyard and the Meta-Crisis Doctor are the same. Or that the Meta-Crisis Doctor becomes the Valeyard.
Interesting theory that. I’ve yet to read ‘The Forgotten’ comic to find out about that and whether I feel it to be true. 😀
