A Special Preview of ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

To celebrate eight years of ‘Bradley’s Basement’, I’m sharing a special preview of my upcoming epic three-part 60th anniversary special of ‘Doctor Who’ called ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’. I’m sharing this epic adventure in the first three weeks of November 2023. ‘Part I: The Gathering of the Doctors’ will be released on the 6th of November, ‘Part II: The Two Masterminds’ will be released on the 13th of November, and ‘Part III: The Legacy of the Doctor’ will be released on the 20th of November.

For today’s special preview, there’s ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’ page itself; an introduction by me; a cinema introduction by Frobisher (the Sixth Doctor’s Whifferdill companion disguised as a penguin); and there’s the prologue and the first two chapters of ‘Part I: The Gathering of the Doctors’. The story itself features the Thirteenth, Fifth and Tenth Doctors joined by their companions Yasmin Khan, Dan Lewis, Nyssa of Traken, Billy Walker and Donna Noble and there’s the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Eleventh and Twelfth Doctors joined by their companions Susan Foreman, Ian Chesterton, Barbara Wright, Jamie McCrimmon, Zoe Heriot, Jo Grant, Private James Darby, Peri Brown, Ace, Jen Ward, Rose Tyler, Amy Pond, Rory Williams and Bill Potts. There are also ‘Doctor Who’ monsters like Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, Autons, Zygons and the robot mummies from ‘Pyramids of Mars’ appearing in ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’.

Here’s a brief summary of what ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’ is all about.

The Doctor has been captured in thirteen incarnations. The Thirteenth Doctor and her friends Yaz and Dan soon team up with the Fifth and Tenth Doctors and their friends Nyssa, Billy and Donna. They must find a way to rescue the Doctor’s other incarnations and their friends trapped in zones of an interdimensional network within a maelstrom in space and time. Will the Doctors and their companions stop the menace endangering everyone in every universe?

Check out the link to ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’ where you will find the introduction by me, Frobisher’s cinema introduction, the prologue and the first two chapters of ‘Part I: The Gathering of the Doctors’ available. You can access the introductions, the prologue and the first two chapters of the story by clicking on the links on ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’ page.

Enjoy!

The rest of ‘Part I: The Gathering of the Doctors’ and the episodes ‘Part II: The Two Masterminds’ and ‘Part III: The Legacy of the Doctors’ will be made available on my blog very soon. Stay tuned. Please feel free to also check out my other stories in the rest of ‘Doctor Who by Tim Bradley’, including ‘The First Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Second Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Third Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Fourth Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Fifth Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Sixth Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Seventh Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Eighth Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Ninth Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Tenth Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Eleventh Doctor by Tim Bradley’, ‘The Twelfth Doctor by Tim Bradley’ and ‘The Thirteenth Doctor by Tim Bradley’.

Bye for now!

The fan-based stories involving multi-Doctors can be particularly impressive. The first I remember seeing were Pudsai for Children in Need and DW2012’s Eternal Darkness. The latter most recently re-edited to include Krystal Moore’s Doctor from Dr. Who Velocity. Thank you, Tim, for this update.

      Hi scifimike.

No problem. Hope you enjoy my latest preview on ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’. I’ve not seen the fan films ‘Pudsai’, ‘Eternal Darkness’ and ‘Velocity’ yet. Thanks for sharing them. I hope to do a review on one of the fan films, possbily ‘Besieged’, sometime in the New Year.

      Many thanks,

      Tim 🙂
