Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Last weekend, I attended ‘Film & Comic Con Cardiff’ at the Utilita Arena (formerly the Motorpoint Arena – Why did the name have to change?). It was a two-day event from Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th October, but I attended just the Saturday. I had a good time. 🙂 Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time to talk about my latest convention experience, which was the ‘Collectormania Milton Keynes 2025’ event run by Showmasters Events. I had a great time attending this event, especially as I got to see stars from ‘Doctor Who’ and ‘Star Trek’ in Milton Keynes. Continue reading

Val Kilmer (1959-2025)

Hello everyone.

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

I’m very saddened by the news that Val Kilmer has passed away. Val Kilmer played Bruce Wayne/Batman in the 1995 film ‘Batman Forever’. I greatly enjoyed him in that film. It’s a pity that he didn’t get to play Batman beyond one movie, as I like his take on the character. Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Oh dear. This is a tough one. Initially, I had in mind to revisit the first ‘Joker’ movie from 2019 before going to see the second ‘Joker’ film at the cinema. In the end, I decided not to revisit the first ‘Joker’ film, as I didn’t have the time but also because I didn’t need to. 😐 Continue reading

I had a great time attending ‘Comic Con Mania’ in Leicester last Saturday. I got to reunite with my favourite ‘Doctor Who’ stars Sarah Sutton (Nyssa) and Peter Davison (the Fifth Doctor). I had lovely chats with them both, had photos with them and I took away some special moments from the event. Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I didn’t think I would get to see ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’ at the cinema before the end of 2023. Thankfully, I have, and I’m glad I saw it on the big screen since this happens to be the final film of the ‘DC Extended Universe’ film series. I didn’t realise that fact when seeing the film at the cinema. Continue reading
