Here’s a list of who’s who in ‘The Mirror of Memory’.

THE FIFTH DOCTOR (Peter Davison)

Clever, considerate and kind, the Fifth Doctor’s world was one of fascination and science. He relished the reclusive recursion in ‘Castrovalva’; solved the mystery under the sinking sands of ‘Frontios’; and came face to face with the Silurians and Sea Devils once more. He twice faced the snake-like Mara that infested the mind of his companion Tegan. And it was in this fifth body that he was reunited with his past selves to fight in the Death Zone on Gallifrey. Infected with a deadly virus in ‘The Caves of Androzani’ and with only enough antidote to save one, the Fifth Doctor sacrificed his life to save his friend Peri.

NYSSA (Sarah Sutton)

When the Doctor was summoned to the peaceful union of Traken to fight a great evil in ‘The Keeper of Traken’, young Nyssa’s life was irrevocably changed. Her father Tremas had his body taken over by the dying Master; and she was brought by a ghostly figure to attend the Fourth Doctor’s regeneration in ‘Logopolis’. Calm; collected and scientific, Nyssa helped the Doctor through his post-regenerative trauma, destroyed the Terileptils’ android and met her double Ann Talbot at Cranleigh Hall in ‘Black Orchid’. After bravely trying to save the Doctor from execution by the Time Lords, she chose to remain on the hospital ship in ‘Terminus’ and help cure Lazar’s Disease.

BILLY WALKER (Tim Bradley)

Freelance photographer Billy Walker first encountered the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa in ‘The Railway of Time’, during a railway trip through time in 1963. After solving the menace of ‘The Space Hotel’ in the far future, Billy was invited to join the Doctor and Nyssa on their travels in the TARDIS. Since then, Billy’s life has never been the same. Brave, kind-hearted and good humoured, Billy has faced Daleks, Vegrons, Volturnans, the Gren, Dwaxi and Sontarans. He also fell in love with Nyssa of Traken who became his girlfriend. Currently, he and his friends are on a quest to search for the eight Coins of Deno. Billy’s fate is undecided, but one thing’s for certain – he will never leave the Doctor and Nyssa so willingly.
