Quick TV Review – ‘Andante’ (All Creatures Great and Small) (2020)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I have to admit this; the new ‘All Creatures Great and Small’ series is growing on me. I can’t say it’s superior to the original 1978-1990 series, but I’m getting into the new show’s tone and atmosphere. I also like the new actors who are playing the characters from watching the show’s third TV episode. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve added a new page to my blog today as well as some new reviews. The new page I’ve added today is on Bing Crosby, a singer/actor who’s appeared in many films in the 1930s and 1940s. I’ve also added eight new DVD reviews on eight films featured in ‘The Bing Crosby Collection’ DVD box set. The reviews have been added to the ‘Bing Crosby’ page on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. Quick Movie Review – ‘The Great Muppet Caper’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

After enjoying the third episode of ‘Muppets Now’ last Friday, my parents and I saw ‘The Great Muppet Caper’ on Disney+. I’ve never seen this movie before despite having watched a few Muppet movies in the past like ‘The Muppet Christmas Carol’, ‘Muppet Treasure Island’, ‘Muppets From Space’, the 2011 ‘Muppets’ film and ‘Muppets Most Wanted’. I’ve not even reviewed those films yet! Continue reading

Original ‘Spider-Man’ – Season 1 – Volume 2 REVIEWED

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Here are some more reviews by me on the 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ cartoon show. These reviews are on Season 1 – Volume 2. I will say this, the Season 1 episodes are the best episodes to be featured in this cartoon show. They do have flaws and I’ve clearly identified them in my latest reviews on the Volume 2 DVD. Continue reading

TV Review – ‘Police Dramas’ (Harry Hill’s World of TV)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

The latest episode of ‘Harry Hill’s World of TV’ looked into the police dramas of UK TV. This episode was pretty fascinating in learning more about the UK police dramas that were made before I was born as well as the ones I’ve seen on TV. It was also very enjoyable to have a comedic take on them. Continue reading

CD review – ‘Scavenger’ (Doctor Who)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve completed my reviews on the second Sixth Doctor/Flip audio trilogy of ‘Doctor Who’ by Big Finish. Today, I’m sharing my review on ‘Scavenger’, starring Colin Baker and Lisa Greenwood. This four-part adventure is by William Gallagher, who previously wrote ‘Wirrn Isle’ for the Sixth Doctor and Flip. Continue reading

Quick ‘Muppets Now’ Review – ‘Getting Testy’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I had quite a ‘Muppets’ evening last night. First, my parents and I saw the third episode of ‘Muppets Now’; then we saw the film ‘The Great Muppet Caper’, all on Disney+. I’ll be sharing a review on ‘The Great Muppet Caper’ soon. For now, let me share my thoughts on the third ‘Muppets Now’ episode. Continue reading

Quick TV Episode Review – ‘Grantchester’, Christmas Special 2016

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

The 2016 Christmas Special of ‘Grantchester’ has the distinction of being the only ‘Grantchester’ Christmas Special to be made so far. Unlike ‘Call the Midwife’ and ‘Doctor Who’ where they would regularly make festive episodes every year, ‘Grantchester’ hasn’t done that many Christmas Specials. Continue reading

Diana Rigg – 1938-2020

Hello everyone. 😦

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

Just want to share a tribute to Diana Rigg, well-known for playing Emma Peel in ‘The Avengers’ TV series from 1965 to 1968. I was shocked and surprised to hear the news that Diana Rigg had passed away, as I recently saw her in the second episode of the new ‘All Creatures Great and Small’ series. Continue reading

Original ‘Spider-Man’ – Season 1 – Volume 1 REVIEWED

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve been watching the original ‘Spider-Man’ cartoon show from the 1960s. I purchased the complete collection on DVD back in June this year. The show is divided into three seasons. I can’t say I’ve been won over by the 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ show since I prefer the 1990s animated TV show more. Continue reading
