Thankfully, I have, and I’m glad I saw it on the big screen since this happens to be the final film of the ‘DC Extended Universe’ film series. I’ve had a chance to check out ‘The Hobbit’ and ‘The Lord of the Rings’ films again, set in the world of Middle-Earth. I’m planning to do a ‘LOTR’-styled Advent Calendar for my blog this year with a comedic edge to it. I also hope to make a start on updating my reviews on the ‘LOTR’ radio series once I’ve sorted out my ‘Nyssa Challenge’ reviews for this year. Out of all the DC Comics superheroes I know of, Aquaman is one I don’t know very much about. Hence why I wasn’t really interested in seeing the film ‘Aquaman’ when it was released at cinemas in December 2018! At that point, I was more interested in the Marvel superheroes than in the DC ones. I’ve done quite a number of quick reviews on cartoon films released to DVD. These include unusual crossovers such as ‘Tom and Jerry: Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory’; ‘Tom and Jerry & The Wizard of Oz’ and the sequel to that film ‘Tom and Jerry: Back to Oz’.
