Well, we’ve finally reached the end of the ‘Transformers Film Review Season’!!!!!
And I’m happy to say we’re finishing on a high, as we come to what is arguably the best ‘Transformers’ film in the live-action film series. It’s time for ‘Bumblebee’ which was released in December 2018 and directed by Travis Knight. The film stars Hailee Steinfeld, John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., John Ortiz, Jason Drucker and Pamela Adlon. It’s time to check out the fourth film in the live-action film series of ‘Transformers’ called ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’. Directed by Michael Bay, this film was released in 2014 and stars Mark Wahlberg and Stanley Tucci. This was also the first ‘Transformers’ film that I didn’t see at the cinema when it was came out in 2014. Did I find the film worthwhile in the end when watching it for the first time on DVD? Last Friday, my parents and I saw a good Disney film on Disney+. This is the 1971 film ‘Bedknobs and Broomsticks’. I recall seeing this film as a little kid. Last year, I saw the 1993 film ‘The Adventures of Huck Finn’, starring Elijah Wood as the title character. So, it makes sense for me to check out a follow-up film (of sorts, I think) called ‘Tom and Huck’, which was released in 1995.
