Hello everyone! 🙂

Christmas DVD Box Set Review – ‘Blake’s 7’ (Series 1)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and I’m Tim Bradley!

At last! I have seen the sci-fi TV show that many people have talked about but I’d never seen before until now! It’s the cult TV show made in the late 1970s/early 1980s alongside ‘Doctor Who’ – ‘Blake’s 7’! I had Series 1 of ‘Blake’s 7’ on DVD as the surprise Christmas present from my parents! Movie Review – ‘Stan & Ollie’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve seen the movie ‘Stan & Ollie’ at the cinema and thoroughly enjoyed it. I found it a heartfelt biographical account of my favourite comedy duo, Laurel & Hardy. The film remained true to the spirit of the comedic atmosphere the duo had whilst also depicting what they seemed to be like in real-life. Continue reading

Disney DVD Review – ‘Cinderella’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Well, I was wrong about it being ‘The Little Mermaid’ this week. But that doesn’t matter, as I’ll be looking into ‘The Little Mermaid’ for next week. This week’s Disney review however is on the 1950 film, ‘Cinderella’. I have seen the 2015 live-action remake film by the way and really like it. What do I make of this cartoon film from 1950 then? Like with ‘Call the Midwife’, I’m basing my thoughts on the ‘Grantchester’ Series 4 episodes as a casual viewer and not as a regular one. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

We’re now on the season finale for Season 19 of ‘Doctor Who’! And it’s probably one of the despised stories of the ‘Doctor Who’ TV series as well as the Peter Davison era. But me personally, I quite like this story. It’s time for the seventh story of Season 19 called ‘Time-Flight’ with the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Tegan. Continue reading
