There’s the 1991 film ‘Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves’, a 2010 ‘Robin Hood’ film starring Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett, Captain Picard from ‘Star Trek: TNG’ was Robin Hood in ‘Qpid’ and ‘Doctor Who’ had its episode ‘Robot of Sherwood’. 😀 Continue reading

The film is based on the musical number by Irving Berlin, who provides the songs, the score and the story here. Last Friday, my parents and I checked out the 1960 classic Disney film called ‘Swiss Family Robinson’! I have seen this film before as it was shown to me and my class when I was at primary school in the 1990s. I enjoyed the film as a kid. I saw this movie on Disney+, except it’s not a Disney-released movie. The film was originally released by 20th Century Fox in 2005. This is intriguing as this could easily have been a Disney movie. It has the ingredients in it, kids; a dog and a warm-hearted story. I’m surprised I didn’t see this at cinemas. Continue reading

I’ve recently seen the ‘Empire of Dreams: The Story of the ‘Star Wars’ Trilogy’ making-of documentary on the ‘Star Wars Trilogy’ Bonus Material DVD. This is also available to watch on Disney+.
