Revisiting ‘Keeping Up Appearances’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Throughout 2021, I’ve been revisiting ‘Keeping Up Appearances’, another one of my favourite BBC TV sitcom shows from the 1990s. I’ve updated my reviews on each of the episodes featured in the five seasons, including the Christmas Specials, with some extra new thoughts and some brand-new photos. I hope to do a brand-new in-depth review on the prequel ‘Young Hyacinth’ sometime soon. Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I still have the Christmas blues, so let me share with you a Christmas present I gave my Dad in 2021. Let’s talk about ‘Christmas Eve on Sesame Street’. I recall watching ‘Sesame Street’ as a little kid and I have fond memories of watching ‘Christmas Eve on Sesame Street’ on VHS every Christmas as a kid. Continue reading

TV Review – ‘The Larkins at Christmas’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I was lucky in being able to see ‘The Larkins at Christmas’ on Christmas Day itself! 🙂 I was afraid I might miss it, as it clashed with the timing for the 2021 Christmas Special of ‘Call the Midwife’ on BBC One. Thankfully I was pretty lucky to see ‘The Larkins at Christmas’ on a repeat channel for ITV1. Continue reading

But thankfully, we’re right up-to-date. 🙂 Continue reading

As an extra Christmas present this year, I’ve added three new ‘Doctor Who’ timelines to my blog. SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

After checking out ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ at the cinema, it’s only fair for me to finish checking out ‘Hawkeye’ on Disney+. I enjoyed the series finale to ‘Hawkeye’, especially as it’s filled with Christmassy stuff as well as a fine conclusion to many character arcs that have gone on in the series. Continue reading
