I’m about to check out the ‘Spider-Man’ PS4 game on YouTube. But before that, I decided to read the prequel novel ‘Spider-Man: Hostile Takeover’ by David Liss. I greatly enjoyed reading the book. I’ve added a new comedy page to my blog on the BBC TV sitcom series called ‘The Brittas Empire’. The series is about an odious leisure centre manager in Whitbury Newtown. It stars Chris Barrie as Gordon Brittas and Pippa Haywood as his wife Helen. I’m pleased I’m revisiting the series on DVD for my blog. Continue reading

I’ve reviewed ‘Rose Tyler: The Dimension Cannon’, the audio spin-off from new series ‘Doctor Who’ by Big Finish. It stars Billie Piper, Camille Coduri, Shaun Dingwall and Mark Benton. My parents and I went to see the latest ‘Little Women’ film at the cinema. This is the 2019 version, which was released on Boxing Day in December in the UK last year. I did wonder whether we would see this new film considering a previous ‘Little Women’ film had been made back in 1994. In the end, we did see it. 🙂 Continue reading
