‘Neptune Connect’ – Part Three

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

Apologies. This is taking me longer than I thought, but I’ve finally been able to put together and, today, I’m sharing ‘Part Three’ of ‘Neptune Connect’, my latest ‘Doctor Who’ story in ‘The Fifth Doctor by Tim Bradley’ series on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. What with me doing my Quick Reaction Videos on Series 15 of ‘Doctor Who’, finishing the rest of my updated reviews of Season 20 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series, and going to ‘Collectormania Milton Keynes’ at the end of May, it’s delayed me in sharing the rest of this four-part ‘Doctor Who’ story featuring the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Billy fighting against Cybermen in San Francisco in the year 2054. ‘Tales From The TARDIS’ Review – ‘Doctor Who – Attack of the Cybermen’ (1995)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s Easter Saturday today! I know I shared this quite recently, but since this is the third story in the ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume One’ collection of ‘Doctor Who’ audio stories, there’s no harm in sharing it again today. It’s time to check out the 1995 abridged audiobook of the Target novelization ‘Doctor Who – Attack of the Cybermen’ by Eric Saward, read by Colin Baker. My review on the 1995 abridged audiobook has been added to my ‘Attack of the Cybermen’ page, which also contains a review of the TV story and on the Target novelization and the 2024 unabridged audiobook, read by David Banks. The story features the Sixth Doctor and Peri Brown as well as the Cybermen. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

In the third week of our look into Season 20 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series, it’s time to check out the third story of the season called ‘Mawdryn Undead’, which is also the first story of ‘The Black Guardian Trilogy’. Basement Update – Season 20 of ‘Doctor Who’ on Blu-ray & ‘Neptune Connect’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Just a quick update for today and to let you know what’s going to be happening in the next month or so. For the past couple of months in 2025, I’ve been updating my reviews on Season 20 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV show with Peter Davison, which I’ve enjoyed. Continue reading

Novelization/Audiobook Review – ‘Doctor Who – Attack of the Cybermen’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve recently checked out the Target novelization/audiobook of the ‘Doctor Who’ story ‘Attack of the Cybermen’ by Eric Saward, featuring the Sixth Doctor and Peri. I read the original paperback edition of the ‘Doctor Who’ story published in 1989 along with the 2024 unabridged audiobook read by David Banks, who plays the Cyber Leader in the TV story. It’s been a fascinating experience checking out ‘Attack of the Cybermen’ as a ‘Doctor Who’ story in prose form compared to seeing it as a TV story. Continue reading

This is ‘And There Were Seven’, the ‘Doctor Who’ short story presented in photos of ‘Doctor Who’ Eaglemoss figurines over the course of 24 days. It features the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa as well as the Tenth and Thirteenth Doctors, Adric and Tegan and plenty of ‘Doctor Who’ monsters. Continue reading
