This is part of the marathon of the eight live-action ‘Spider-Man’ movies being shown at cinemas in the UK from August to September in 2024. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Today, I’m sharing my updated review on the ‘Doctor Who’ story ‘The Underwater Menace’. This updated review is based on the latest in a line of mostly missing black-and-white ‘Doctor Who’ TV stories from the 1960s that have been animated on DVD and Blu-ray for today. The story stars Patrick Troughton as the Second Doctor, Anneke Wills as Polly Wright, Michael Craze as Ben Jackson and Frazer Hines as Jamie McCrimmon. This story also features Joseph Fürst as the titular ‘underwater menace’ – Professor Zaroff. Continue reading

Remember the ‘Star Trek: Deep Space Nine’ two-part story called ‘Past Tense’ where Captain Benjamin Sisko, Dr. Julian Bashir and Jadzia Dax travelled back in time to Earth’s past, with Sisko and Bashir ending up in a sanctuary district containing homeless people? That occurred in the year 2024! Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s that time again for me to share my thoughts on three movies I saw on Disney+ lately. For this Disney+ Roundup, I’ve seen a Tom Hanks film and I’ve seen two Ben Stiller films. All three films have been amusing and entertaining in their own measure. But is one of these films the best out of three? Continue reading

Novelization/Audiobook Review – ‘Doctor Who – Wild Blue Yonder’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Here I am, back with another review on one of the more recent Target novelizations/audiobooks of ‘Doctor Who’. It’s time for me to share my thoughts on the second of three Target novelizations/audiobooks on the three 60th anniversary specials of ‘Doctor Who’ called ‘Wild Blue Yonder’, featuring the Fourteenth Doctor and Donna Noble. ‘Wild Blue Yonder’ is what I consider the weakest out of the three 60th anniversary specials of ‘Doctor Who’ by Russell T. Davies. Will the Target novelization/audiobook by Mark Morris change my mind about the story? Continue reading
