And welcome to Season 7 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series! 🙂 It’s the first season of the 1970s, the first season to be shown in colour on TV, and it’s the first season to feature Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor. We start off Season 7 by taking a look at the four-part adventure ‘Spearhead From Space’. This story also features the return of Nicholas Courtney as Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart and U.N.I.T. This story also introduces Caroline John as Liz Shaw as well as the monstrous Autons and the Nestene Consciousness. ‘Spearhead From Space’ can be checked out on DVD and Blu-ray as well as on Britbox.
