Cinema Experience – ‘Back to the Future: 40th Anniversary’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I seem to be doing quite a lot of ‘Back to the Future’ reviews this year! I mean, more than usual. Not that I’m complaining, since it’s been great to celebrate ‘Back to the Future’s 40th anniversary more than once. And that’s more than revisiting the film trilogy itself in 2025. Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

‘Vanilla Sky’. Hmm. This is a fascinating and unusual film to check out. I can’t say it’s been a satisfying experience, but the film certainly has a very interesting premise to it. You’d probably need to see the movie about more than once in order to get your head around it. Continue reading

DVD Review – ‘Bumblebee’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And by the way, “Happy Birthday Mum!” 😀 She enjoyed this film incidentally. 😀

Well, we’ve finally reached the end of the ‘Transformers Film Review Season’!!!!!

And I’m happy to say we’re finishing on a high, as we come to what is arguably the best ‘Transformers’ film in the live-action film series. It’s time for ‘Bumblebee’ which was released in December 2018 and directed by Travis Knight. The film stars Hailee Steinfeld, John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr., John Ortiz, Jason Drucker and Pamela Adlon. Is this film still as good as I remember from watching it on the big screen in January 2019? Continue reading
