I’ve seen the latest musical fantasy film called ‘Wonka’ at the cinema. This happens to be an origin story for Willy Wonka, a character in the 1964 book ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ by Roald Dahl. Yesterday (Easter Tuesday, as I’d like to call it 😀 ), I saw ‘The Super Mario Bros. Movie’ at the cinema when on a trip to town. I enjoyed checking out the latest ‘Super Mario Bros. Last weekend, I saw the latest Disney live-action remake of ‘Pinocchio’, directed by Robert Zemeckis of ‘Back to the Future’ fame and based on the 1940 animated film of the same name. The film stars Tom Hanks, well-known for voicing Woody in ‘Toy Story’ and for being in 2004’s ‘The Polar Express’. Continue reading

Back in the 1990s, I used to enjoy watching ‘Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers’, a Disney cartoon show that was shown on some weekends on GMTV in the UK. I’ve seen the eleventh episode of ‘The Muppets’ 2015 series called ‘Swine Song’. Although, shouldn’t this be the 2015-2016 series as this episode was shown in February 2016 after the previous episode ‘Single All The Way’ got shown in December 2016.
