It’s time for one of the most exciting ‘Doctor Who’ adventures ever made in the First Doctor era called ‘The Chase’. The Daleks return to chase the First Doctor TARDIS team throughout time and space! This story also features the last appearances of William Russell as Ian and Jacqueline Hill as Barbara. It also features the first appearance of Peter Purves as new companion Steven (although Peter plays Mortin Dill in the third episode and plays Steven in the sixth and final episode of this story). It’s time for the second story of Season 2 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series as well as the second story to feature the Daleks on TV. ‘The Dalek Invasion of Earth’ is a six-part adventure, starring William Hartnell as the First Doctor, William Russell as Ian, Jacqueline Hill as Barbara and Carole Ann Ford as Susan. It takes place in the middle of the 22nd century and it also features the final appearance of Carole Ann Ford as Susan. You can watch ‘The Dalek Invasion of Earth’ either on DVD, Blu-ray or Britbox.
