Celebrating 55 Years of ‘Doctor Who’ #4

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s the Fourth Doctor era today! Many ‘Doctor Who’ fans love Tom Baker’s portrayal of the Doctor with his long multi-coloured scarf; jelly babies and bonkers attitude to life. He’s credited as the longest serving Doctor from 1974 to 1981. And I’ve met him in real life! No seriously! I’ve met Mr. Tom Baker! Continue reading

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Today we look into the Third Doctor era for the 55th anniversary celebrations of ‘Doctor Who’ on my blog. This is the action-packed era where ‘Doctor Who’ moved into colour television in the early 1970s. The Third Doctor was brave, dashing, flamboyant and most of the time was U.N.I.T.’s scientific advisor. Continue reading

I’ve created some new ‘Doctor Who Timelines’ on my blog recently. This is in readiness for a multi-Doctor story that I’m about to review in comic form. Yes, that’s right. The ‘Doctor Who Timelines’ I’ve created are for three ‘Doctor Who’ companions who have travelled with the Doctor in the comics. Continue reading

DVD Review – ‘Ant-Man’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome to the final instalment of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe Film Review Season 2’!

Today we take a look at the final film of Phase Two of the ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ film series. It’s a bit of a peculiar film to end Phase Two as it’s an origins story for a new superhero character. One wonders why ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ was not made as the finale film for Phase Two of the ‘MCU’. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve now seen the fourth episode of Series 11 of ‘Doctor Who’ called ‘Arachnids In The UK’ by Chris Chibnall. I enjoyed the episode very much. I watched the episode on BBC iPlayer with my parents. I’d be lying though if I said the episode did not have any flaws. This especially concerns the tale’s climax. Continue reading

I had an amazing time! There was lots to do; plenty to see and it was an interesting, unusual experience to see what a ‘Star Trek’ convention was like for change. Continue reading
