Yes! Last weekend, I attended the ‘London Comic Con Spring’ at the Olympia in London, February 2022. It was a two-day event, although I attended the Saturday only, not the Sunday. On the 18th of February 1952, the historic United States Coast Guard rescue of the crew of the SS Pendleton took place. On the 18th of February 2022, my parents and I watched ‘The Finest Hours’, a 2016 film that chronicled the event. It was surreal to watch the film on the event’s 70th anniversary. Continue reading

It’s time to check out the first box set of the ‘Dalek Universe’ season of ‘Doctor Who’ audios, starring David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, Jane Slavin as Anya Kingdom and Joe Sims as Mark Seven. It’s time to check out the fourth film in the live-action film series of ‘Transformers’ called ‘Transformers: Age of Extinction’. Directed by Michael Bay, this film was released in 2014 and stars Mark Wahlberg and Stanley Tucci. This was also the first ‘Transformers’ film that I didn’t see at the cinema when it was came out in 2014. Did I find the film worthwhile in the end when watching it for the first time on DVD?
