Over Christmas 2021, I’ve been watching some of my Christmas presents on Blu-ray, including ‘Space Jam’, ‘Space Jam: A New Legacy’ and the two ‘Jumanji’ films ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ and ‘The Next Level’. It’s New Year’s Eve today and at last! We have ‘The Lost Resort and Other Stories’, the CD box set of ‘Doctor Who’ audios by Big Finish featuring the final three adventures of the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa, Tegan and Marc, starring Peter Davison, Sarah Sutton, Janet Fielding and George Watkins. I’m pleased these three audio adventures were released in 2021 and that I’m able to review them for the 2021-22 ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season on my blog. Continue reading

After checking out ‘Encanto’ on Disney+, I decided to check out the short film called ‘Far From The Tree’, which accompanied ‘Encanto’. Last year, I saw the Disney/Pixar film called ‘Soul’, which was released via Disney+ on Christmas Day 2020. This year, I saw the film called ‘Encanto’, which was initially released for a short period of time at cinemas in November 2021 before it was soon re-released via Disney+ on Christmas Eve in 2021. 🙂 Continue reading
