Quick TV Episode Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 3, Episode 2

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I saw this ‘Grantchester’ episode way before I saw any of Series 4 and 5 episodes as well as the Series 1, 2 and 3 episodes. This episode perked my interest because a certain ‘Doctor Who’ star was in it. Lately, I’ve gained more knowledge of the ‘Grantchester’ series and know the characters more. Continue reading

Quick TV Review – ‘A Tricki Case’ (All Creatures Great and Small) (2020)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’m really getting into the spirit of this new ‘All Creatures Great and Small’ series being shown on Channel 5 on UK TV, since because…well, I found the fourth episode really funny. I mean it, the comedy in the fourth episode works well. Something I didn’t expect to find compared to the original. Continue reading

Original ‘Spider-Man’ – Season 1 – Volume 3 REVIEWED

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Time for some more reviews by me on the 1960s ‘Spider-Man’ cartoon show. They’re on Season 1 – Volume 3. If you want my recommendation, I would purchase just the Season 1 DVDs of original ‘Spider-Man’ rather than the Season 2 and Season 3 DVDs since I feel it goes downhill after Season 1 ends. TV Review – ‘Cookery’ (Harry Hill’s World of TV)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Since I’ve been getting into home cooking more often with the usage of ‘The Doctor Who Cookbook’ to make vegetable soups, lasagnes and spaghetti bologneses, I took an interest in watching the latest ‘Harry Hill’s World of TV’ episode about cookery programmes on TV. I got excited about this! 🙂 Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘The Muppets’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Here I am again with another review on a ‘Muppets’ movie, which I saw on Disney+ directly after seeing the fourth episode of ‘Muppets Now’. ‘The Muppets’ 2011 film was a movie I saw at the cinema in February 2012 in the UK. It is the first of what is considered as a ‘reboot’ of the Muppets. Continue reading

CD review – ‘The Widow’s Assassin’ (Doctor Who)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time to take a look at another Sixth Doctor audio adventure of ‘Doctor Who’ by Big Finish. This time, I’m taking a look at the first of the 2014 Sixth Doctor/Peri trilogy, starring Colin Baker and Nicola Bryant. It’s time for ‘The Widow’s Assassin’, a four-part adventure by Nev Fountain, who’s really into the Sixth Doctor and Peri. Continue reading

Quick TV Episode Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 3, Episode 1

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time for Series 3 of ‘Grantchester’! I’m not sure how things will turn out in Series 3, but things should be very interesting for our characters including James Norton as Sidney and Robson Green as Geordie. How will they handle their personal lives as well as solve numerous crimes in Grantchester? Continue reading

Quick ‘Muppets Now’ Review – ‘Sleep Mode’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

We’re back again with another review on a ‘Muppets Now’ episode and I saw this episode before watching ‘The Muppets’ 2011 film, both on Disney+. I can safely say that from watching this episode, it makes me want to cook more from ‘The Doctor Who Cookbook’. 😀 I’ll explain why that is later on. Continue reading

Disney DVD Reviews – ‘Peter Pan’ & ‘Return to Never Land’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

To commemorate my sister Bethan’s birthday, who sadly died in 1993 when she was six years old, I’m sharing my reviews on the two Disney animated films, ‘Peter Pan’ and ‘Return to Never Land’. I’ve shared my DVD review on ‘Peter Pan’ before but my DVD review on ‘Return to Never Land’ is a brand-new one. Continue reading

Quick TV Review – ‘Andante’ (All Creatures Great and Small) (2020)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I have to admit this; the new ‘All Creatures Great and Small’ series is growing on me. I can’t say it’s superior to the original 1978-1990 series, but I’m getting into the new show’s tone and atmosphere. I also like the new actors who are playing the characters from watching the show’s third TV episode. Continue reading
