The Tom Baker era of ‘Doctor Who’ begins! 🙂 Welcome to Season 12 of the classic TV series. We begin by looking at ‘Robot’, a four-part story by Terrance Dicks. It introduces Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor, who is joined by Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith as well as Ian Marter, who makes his debut, as Harry Sullivan. We’ve come to the end of Season 11 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series as well as the end of the Jon Pertwee era. Season 11 concludes in the six-part adventure called ‘Planet of the Spiders’. As well as Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor, this story also features Elisabeth Sladen as Sarah Jane Smith, Nicholas Courtney as the Brigadier, Richard Franklin as Mike Yates and John Levene as Sergeant Benton. And welcome to Season 11 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series! 🙂 This is Jon Pertwee’s fifth and final season as the Third Doctor in ‘Doctor Who’. We start off with ‘The Time Warrior’, a four-part story by Robert Holmes. This story is significant for two major things. Firstly, it introduces us to Elisabeth Sladen as new companion Sarah Jane Smith.
