Over Christmas last year, I received an extra present from my parents. It was the Blu-ray edition of Series 1 of ‘Doctor Who’ with Christopher Eccleston as the Ninth Doctor and Billie Piper as Rose Tyler. By the time you read this, it’s the end of the Christmas holidays for me. And I’ve still got two discs left of ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Specials to watch in this ’10 Christmas Specials’ Blu-ray. The Blu-ray box set also includes a set of 5 graphically illustrated ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Cards with envelopes. This includes Christmas pictures of K-9, an Adipose, the Snowmen, reindeer and the TARDIS itself! 😀

I’m currently enjoying re-watching the first 10 Christmas Specials of ‘Doctor Who’ from the new series on Blu-ray. I’m three episodes in and only have eleven left to watch. I like how you can use the pop-up menu during the episode to change to different episodes and to add subtitles if you want to. Continue reading
