Quick TV Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 4, Episode 6

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

We’ve come to the end of Series 4 of ‘Grantchester’! I’ve really enjoyed watching ‘Grantchester’ via ITV Hub with my parents this year. I hope I will get onto watching the previous three seasons of this detective drama series set in a 1950s English village. My parents and I have got them on DVD at home. Continue reading

I’ve seen Series 4, Episode 5 of ‘Grantchester’ and it’s the penultimate one of the season. I enjoyed this episode very much. It’s sad we’re coming to the end of Series 4, but I’m looking forward to start watching the first three seasons of ‘Grantchester’ on DVD with my parents so that I can catch up on it. Quick TV Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 4, Episode 4

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’m really enjoying ‘Grantchester’ as a series so far. The crime-solving is compelling and the character drama is well-handled. I know there’s been a change-over of casting in this current series, but I’m finding this easy to get into and hope I will get a chance to catch-up on the previous seasons of the series. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I found out from Sarah Sutton (Nyssa in ‘Doctor Who’) that she loves ‘Grantchester’. I almost revealed spoilers to her at ‘Science of the Time Lords’. Oops! 😀 Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

My parents and I saw the latest episode of ‘Grantchester’ on ITV Hub first before we saw the latest episode of ‘Call the Midwife’ on BBC iPlayer. I posted my latest review on ‘Call the Midwife’ first before my latest review on ‘Grantchester’ this week to avoid confusion with how I post these weekly reviews. 😀 Continue reading

Quick TV Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 4, Episode 1

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

On the same night we saw the first episode of ‘Call the Midwife’, Series 8 via BBC iPlayer, my parents and I also watched the first episode of ‘Grantchester’, Series 4 via ITV Hub. Like with ‘Call the Midwife’, I’m basing my thoughts on the ‘Grantchester’ Series 4 episodes as a casual viewer and not as a regular one. Continue reading

It’s the penultimate review in this year’s 55th anniversary celebration of ‘Doctor Who’ on ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and it’s also the eve before the 55th anniversary of ‘Doctor Who’ takes place. So what better thing to look into than the docu-drama that details how the ‘Doctor Who’ TV series began in 1963. Continue reading
