–UPDATED REVIEW ON AUDIO STORY TODAY–

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s Easter Monday today, and we’re continuing my latest ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season by checking out my latest updated review on the second story of ‘The Stockbridge Trilogy’ of ‘Doctor Who’ audios by Big Finish called ‘The Eternal Summer’ by Jonathan Morris. My updated review on ‘The Eternal Summer’ ended up being longer than my updated review on ‘Castle of Fear’, especially since the story itself is very engaging and thrilling to listen to. 🙂 Continue reading

And we’ve come to the end of Series 6 of ‘Grantchester’! I’m amazed by how time has flown by. To think Series 6 of ‘Grantchester’ started at the beginning of September and it’s now finished towards the end of October. So, what do I think of the finale to Series 6 of ‘Grantchester’? Was it worth it? 😐 Continue reading

Quick TV Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 6, Episode 7

Hello everyone. 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

It’s time to talk about the seventh episode of Series 6 in ‘Grantchester’! I saw this episode last Friday when I was away for the ‘Bedford Who Charity Con’. I enjoyed watching this episode when I was in my hotel room in Bedford last Friday. Mind you, the episode itself can be pretty depressing in places. Continue reading

Quick TV Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 6, Episode 6

Hello everyone. 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

I’ve seen the sixth episode of Series 6 of ‘Grantchester’ on ITV1 shown last Friday! Usually, this is where a season of ‘Grantchester’ ends, but there are two more episodes to follow since Series 6’s episode count has been extended from 6 to 8 episodes, which isn’t the case in the previous seasons. Continue reading

Quick TV Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 6, Episode 5

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone. 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

Well, we’re five episodes in of Series 6 of ‘Grantchester’ and we have three episodes left. A lot has happened in terms of how our main characters’ journeys have progressed, especially Leonard’s. I felt rather sad in terms of how Leonard’s journey has ended up so far. I hope that he’ll return very soon. Continue reading

Quick TV Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 6, Episode 1

Hello everyone. 🙂

‘Grantchester’ is back! Wow! It’s been a while since there was a new ‘Grantchester’ episode on ITV1. I’m pleased to be seeing this series again as I enjoyed catching up from Series 1 to 5 last year. And it’s pretty amazing to think that Series 6 was filmed during the Covid-19 pandemic – please keep safe. Continue reading

Quick TV Episode Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 3, Episode 6

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Here we are on the last episode of Series 3 of ‘Grantchester’! I’ve enjoyed Series 3 and the season finale has been satisfying. It’s sad one of the romances in the episode didn’t become successful in the end, but I expected it to be so. I am happy with how Sidney and Geordie’s characters turned out. Continue reading

Quick TV Episode Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 3, Episode 5

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

After the devastating effects of the previous episode in Series 3 of ‘Grantchester’, I was expecting things to get worse. Don’t get me wrong, there are still dilemmas to be resolved, especially by the end of the fifth episode, but I didn’t find Series 3, Episode 5 as depressing as I thought it would be. 🙂 Continue reading

Quick TV Episode Review – ‘Grantchester’, Series 3, Episode 3

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’m halfway through Series 3 of ‘Grantchester’. Even though I know what’s going to happen in Series 4 and 5 later on, it’s very interesting to see how the first three seasons turn out. I’m curious about how it’ll turn out for Sidney’s relationship with Amanda and for Geordie’s affair with Margaret. Hmm! Continue reading
