For my birthday last Wednesday, I went to see a re-release of ‘Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace’ at Showcase Cinema in Nantgarw. It’s amazing to think that it’s been 25 years since the release of that movie in 1999 and it’s amazing it’s been able to get a limited re-release at cinemas. 🙂 Continue reading

For the past three weeks in January, my parents and I have been checking out ‘The Lord of the Rings’ film trilogy on the big screen at Showcase Cinema in Nantgarw near Cardiff. Recently, my parents and I saw the two Laurel & Hardy films ‘Sons of the Desert’ and ‘Dirty Work’ on the big screen. This was a limited re-release of the two films that happened at Showcase Cinemas in Nantgarw on Sunday the 15th and Tuesday the 17th of October 2023. My parents and I did the 17th. 🙂 Continue reading
