Here we are, everyone! I’ve been able to update my reviews on the nine stories featured in Season 2 of the classic ‘Doctor Who’ TV series, since it was re-released on Blu-ray back in December 2022. For the next two weeks, I’ll be sharing my updated thoughts on each of the nine stories in Season 2. The season stars William Hartnell as the First Doctor, William Russell as Ian and Jacqueline Hill as Barbara. Carole Ann Ford stars as Susan in the first two stories of Season 2, Maureen O’Brien stars as Vicki in the rest of the season, and Peter Purves stars as Steven in the last two stories. On Disney+, I recently saw the 1988 film ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit’! I used to watch this film when I was a kid back in the 1990s. I enjoyed the film very much as a kid and I still like it to this day. It’s an impressive film combining live-action and cartoon animation. It has a good story with good humour. Continue reading

‘Dad’s Army’ Radio Series – Series 3 REVIEWED

The 2019 remake of the three lost ‘Dad’s Army’ episodes from Series 2 were broadcast in August this year. I was pretty excited by this! Sadly I haven’t seen the remade lost episodes of ‘Dad’s Army’ since I don’t have the GOLD channel on my TV. Hopefully, the 2019 remake of the lost ‘Dad’s Army’ episodes will be on DVD soon. In the meantime, I’ve recently completed my reviews on Series 3 of the ‘Dad’s Army’ radio series. Continue reading
