As we’re two weeks into December, it’s time for me to share another full-length review on a Christmas film I’ve enjoyed. Let’s take a look at the 1994 film ‘Miracle on 34th Street’. This film has divided quite a lot of opinion over the years, since some consider the original 1947 film to be better than the 1994 remake. 😐

It’s Christmas time! 🙂 And once again we’re back for some more full-length Christmas-related reviews in December 2022. To start off, let’s talk about ‘The Santa Clause’ trilogy of movies today! And what good timing this is with ‘The Santa Clauses’ series on Disney+. ‘The Santa Clause’ movies star Tim Allen (who voices Buzz Lightyear in the ‘Toy Story’ films) as Scott Calvin/Santa Claus. I’ve enjoyed checking out these movies over the years at Christmas. They’ve been very entertaining in depicting this Disney live-action version of Santa. 🙂

As well as seeing Bradley Walsh in the ‘Doctor Who’ story ‘The Power of the Doctor’ this year, I’ve also seen him in Series 2 of ‘The Larkins’ on both ITV1 and Britbox. I greatly enjoyed watching Series 2 of ‘The Larkins’ after enjoying Series 1 and the Christmas Special back in 2021, which is amazing. 🙂 Continue reading

At last! I’ve finally seen it! The six-part ‘Star Wars’ series ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’, starring Ewan McGregor as the title character. I’m glad I’ve been able to check out another ‘Star Wars’ show on Disney+ this year, and this turned out to be a really enjoyable six-episode series featuring the Obi-Wan character. Continue reading

I’ve seen what is, apparently, the final film in Phase Four in the ‘MCU’ and the sequel to the 2018 film ‘Black Panther’. And I haven’t caught up on ‘Ms. Marvel’ and ‘She-Hulk’ on Disney+ yet. 😀 This is ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’. I found it very good and worthwhile to check out at the cinema. 🙂 Continue reading

It’s time for me to share my completed reviews on Series 4 of the BBC comedy TV series ‘It Ain’t Half Hot Mum’ by Jimmy Perry and David Croft. I’m enjoying revisiting this BBC comedy series. I know it’s something that won’t be shown today (it’s clearly not on Britbox and I think you’ll be able to check it out on Amazon Prime Video), but it’s interesting how Jimmy Perry and David Croft tackled a comedy TV series like this about British India. I’m looking forward to revisiting Series 5 on DVD next. 🙂 Continue reading
