Clara’s Journey

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve wanted to do this blog post for quite some time as I know I’ve been talking about this character a lot on my blog. This is a ‘Doctor Who’ companion that tends to really divide fan opinion. Some like her; some loathe her. Me personally, I quite like Clara Oswald as a companion. There you are, I said it. Continue reading

Celebrating 55 Years of ‘Doctor Who’ #Adventure

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s the penultimate review in this year’s 55th anniversary celebration of ‘Doctor Who’ on ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and it’s also the eve before the 55th anniversary of ‘Doctor Who’ takes place. So what better thing to look into than the docu-drama that details how the ‘Doctor Who’ TV series began in 1963. Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

You saw my post on my Series 5 ‘Doctor Who’ reviews yesterday? Well, today I’ve added another Eleventh Doctor-related review to my blog. But it’s something unusual in a similar vein to when I reviewed ‘Pond Life’. Today I’ve added my review on the Comic Relief two-part tale, ‘Space’/’Time’. Continue reading

‘Doctor Who – The 10 Christmas Specials’ on Blu-ray #9

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve finished the penultimate episode of ‘The 10 Christmas Specials’ of ‘Doctor Who’ on Blu-ray. I’ve only got one Christmas Special left. I’ve enjoyed revisiting these ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Specials recently on Blu-ray! I’m glad my parents got me this and it’s something I’m looking forward to re-watching next Christmas, as I plan to keep this Blu-ray box set with the other Christmas stuff. Continue reading

‘Doctor Who – The 10 Christmas Specials’ on Blu-ray #7

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve completed Disc 2 of ‘The 10 Christmas Specials’ of ‘Doctor Who’ on Blu-ray. Just got one disc left! By the way, there’s a leaflet in the casing advertising the ‘Doctor Who Experience’ in Cardiff Bay. Ironic that it’s no longer there since it closed down in September 2017. Check out my day trip reports for the ‘Doctor Who Experience’ back in November 2016 and April 2017 to enjoy. Continue reading

‘Doctor Who – The 10 Christmas Specials’ on Blu-ray #6

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’m halfway through the ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Specials in this Blu-ray box set. By the way, this Blu-ray collection contains an information booklet with all the episode titles; synopsises and main credits of who’s starring and producing the episode. The text and photos are so small, you’ll need glasses. 😀 Continue reading

‘Doctor Who – The 10 Christmas Specials’ on Blu-ray #5

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

The Christmas tree has been taken down in the house where I live. How sad is that? Anyway, I’m continuing to watch the rest of the ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Specials in the Blu-ray box set this week. There will be delay in me adding my review on the ‘Doctor Who’ story called ‘A Christmas Carol’ after this blog post. I hope I’ll add my review on the episode within two days’ time. Continue reading

The Steven Moffat era of ‘Doctor Who’ – Final Thoughts

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Okay! We’ve had the ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas Special, ‘Twice Upon A Time’! Peter Capaldi’s era has ended; Jodie Whittaker has begun and Steven Moffat has handed the reins of ‘Doctor Who’ to Chris Chibnall. Now it’s time for me to share with you my honest opinion about the Steven Moffat era of ‘Doctor Who’. This covers both the Matt Smith era and the Peter Capaldi era of ‘Doctor Who’ overall.
