Disney+ Roundup – ‘Robots’, ‘Far from the Madding Crowd’ & ‘DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s that time again for me to share some thoughts on a few films I’ve seen on Disney+ lately. Even though I’m not doing reviews on the latest ‘Star Wars’ and ‘MCU’ shows at the moment (there’s too many at present), I’m happy to keep checking out films on Disney+ and share my thoughts on them. Cinema Experience – ‘Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

For my birthday last Wednesday, I went to see a re-release of ‘Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace’ at Showcase Cinema in Nantgarw. It’s amazing to think that it’s been 25 years since the release of that movie in 1999 and it’s amazing it’s been able to get a limited re-release at cinemas. 🙂 Continue reading

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

At last! I’ve finally seen it! The six-part ‘Star Wars’ series ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’, starring Ewan McGregor as the title character. I’m glad I’ve been able to check out another ‘Star Wars’ show on Disney+ this year, and this turned out to be a really enjoyable six-episode series featuring the Obi-Wan character. Continue reading

‘Star Wars’ Week – The Sequels Trilogy

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s the last day of ‘Star Wars’ week on ‘Bradley’s Basement’ in May 2022, and we conclude on what is arguably the most divisive of ‘Star Wars’ film trilogies in recent years. It’s up to you whether you like this trilogy or not. I find it pretty average compared to ‘The Mandalorian’ and ‘The Book of Boba Fett’. I just hope there’ll be better ‘Star Wars’ movies in future. Continue reading

It’s Bank Holiday Monday in May in the UK today, and this week, I’m sharing with you my reviews on the ‘Star Wars’ stuff I’ve reviewed on my blog so far. I’ve recently seen ‘The Book of Boba Fett’ series on Disney+ and I’m currently looking forward to checking out the ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ series when it becomes available. Continue reading

Week 4 – ‘Star Wars Sequels Review Season’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

And welcome to the final instalment of the ‘Star Wars Sequels Review Season’!

After checking out and reviewing the original Thrawn trilogy by Timothy Zahn, it’s time to conclude this ‘Star Wars’ review season by checking out the final film of the ‘official’ ‘Star Wars’ sequels trilogy – ‘Star Wars: Episode IX – The Rise of the Skywalker’. The first time I saw this movie was back in December 2019. Continue reading

DVD Review – ‘Stormbreaker’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve created a new page on my blog focusing on the ‘Alex Rider’ book series by Anthony Horowitz. I will be reading and reviewing the book series at a later time. But for now, I’ve added my DVD review on the 2006 film adaptation of ‘Stormbreaker’, based on the first ‘Alex Rider’ book by Anthony Horowitz. Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘Christopher Robin’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

Yesterday, I saw the film ‘Christopher Robin’ at the cinema! I really enjoyed it! My parents and I came away feeling really happy from watching the film. It’s so well-made and has a heart that makes you feel good about yourself. It gave me nostalgia from enjoying ‘Winnie the Pooh’ when I was a kid. Continue reading

Week 3 – ‘Star Wars Film Review Season’

Last time in ‘Star Wars Film Review Season’!!!

Padmé Amidala is now Senator of Naboo in ‘Attack of the Clones’?! But that’s odd, since she was the Queen in ‘The Phantom Menace’! Reunited with Anakin Skywalker, she is! Anakin is now 10 years older and Obi-Wan Kenobi’s apprentice. He’s in love with Padmé! But he can no-do, since he’s a Jedi! Continue reading
