Quick DVD Review – ‘Tom and Jerry: Snowman’s Land’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

When I was in Cheltenham last week, I purchased the latest ‘Tom and Jerry’ film on DVD, which is ‘Tom and Jerry: Snowman’s Land’. This was released like eleven months after the release of ‘Cowboy Up!’ in January 2022. In my opinion, I found ‘Snowman’s Land’ more enjoyable than ‘Cowboy Up!’. 🙂 Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘Dashing Through the Snow’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

My parents and I checked out another Christmas movie that was released exclusively to Disney+. We saw ‘Dashing Through the Snow’, a Christmas fantasy comedy film directed by Tim Story. Tim Story is a name I’ve come across before, as he directed the 2005 and 2007 ‘Fantastic Four’ live-action films. 🙂 Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘Babes in Toyland’ (1961)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time to talk about another Christmas film I saw on Disney+ lately. I’ve seen the 1961 film ‘Babes in Toyland’. This happens to be a musical film directed by Jack Donohue and produced by Walt Disney Productions. It stars Ray Bolger, Tommy Sands, Annette Funicello and Ed Wynn, who are very good. 😀 Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘The Nutcracker and the Four Realms’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s Christmas time! 🙂 I hoped to do a series of ‘Doctor Who’-themed Christmas reviews on my blog. Hopefully, I’ll get to do at least one ‘Doctor Who’ Christmas review soon, though the 60th anniversary celebrations have taken a lot of my time. Still, I can still do non-‘Doctor Who’ Christmas reviews on my blog. Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘The Marvels’

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and I’m Tim Bradley!

So, I’m quite behind on certain ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ shows on Disney+ at this point. I’ve seen shows like ‘WandaVision’, ‘Ms. Marvel’ and ‘Hawkeye’ to know some of the characters who are in ‘The Marvels’, but I haven’t seen ‘Secret Invasion’ featuring Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury yet. Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘Elemental’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

I’ve seen the latest Disney/Pixar film called ‘Elemental’ on Disney+. I must admit, when the trailers for this film came out at cinemas this year, I wasn’t particularly impressed by the film’s premise. A film about a world inhabited by anthropomorphic elements of nature e.g., fire, water, air, earth, etc. Continue reading

Disney+ Roundup – ‘The Ghosts of Buxley Hall’, ‘Haunted Mansion’ (2023), ‘See How They Run’ & ‘The Lone Ranger’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s that time again to share my thoughts on some movies I saw on Disney+ lately, except this time it’s not two or three films I’m sharing my thoughts on, but four. Yes, I’ve seen about four movies in October 2023. A couple of them have spooky elements to them. Are they any good? Let’s find out. 🙂 Continue reading

This was a limited re-release of the two films that happened at Showcase Cinemas in Nantgarw on Sunday the 15th and Tuesday the 17th of October 2023. My parents and I did the 17th. 🙂 Continue reading

Quick Film Reviews & Cinema Experience – ‘Spy Kids: Armageddon’, ‘Casebusters’ & ‘Toy Story’ (Disney 100)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

This isn’t a Disney+ Roundup. This is me sharing my thoughts on three films that I’ve seen recently on Netflix, Disney+ and at the cinema respectively. I saw these three films towards the end of September. They’ve been interesting in their own way and enjoyable to check out when I saw them. Continue reading

Snuggles, Bethan and Puddles

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley.

Today would have been my dear sister’s – Bethan – birthday. She would have been 36 today. To celebrate the occasion, here’s a lovely picture of my sister Bethan with two cuddly dogs. Snuggles is on the left and Puddles is on the right. They’re all having a tea party with cups of tea and cupcakes. 🙂 Continue reading
