‘Tales From The TARDIS’ Review – ‘Wish You Were Here’

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s Easter Monday today, and we’re continuing my latest Easter review season on the ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume One’ collection of ‘Doctor Who’ audio stories. Today, it’s time for the story ‘Wish You Were Here’ by Guy Clapperton, featuring the Sixth Doctor, and read by Colin Baker. This is the fifth story in the ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume One’ collection. It’s also the second story in the ‘Out of the Darkness’ audio anthology and it’s the thirteenth story in the ‘Short Trips’ 1998 book collection by the BBC. I reviewed the ‘Short Trips’ 1998 book collection in my ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season for Easter from March to April 2024. It’s been nice to revisit ‘Wish You Were Here’ in audio form in 2025. 🙂

Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my review on ‘Wish You Were Here’ by clicking on the link for it. You can purchase ‘Wish You Were Here’ from the ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume One’ collection via Audible.

Enjoy! 🙂

Stay tuned tomorrow for my review on the next story in ‘Tales From The TARDIS: Volume One’, which is the third story of the ‘Out of the Darkness’ audio anthology called ‘Vigil’ by Michael Collier, read by Nicola Bryant and featuring the Sixth Doctor and Peri.

Bye for now!

Tim. 🙂
