Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time for the second story of ‘The Sunfire Chronicles’ series of ‘Doctor Who’ stories by me on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. The first story was ‘The Horns of Wulfe’, featuring the Fourth Doctor, Private James Darby and Bazoon ‘Bazooie’ the Miggie. Today’s story is ‘Romance and the Cow Creamer’, featuring the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Billy Walker. This story is part of ‘The Fifth Doctor by Tim Bradley’ series as well as the ‘Short Trips’ collection by me.

The Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Billy are a TARDIS team that I created since I started sharing my ‘Fifth Doctor’ stories on ‘Bradley’s Basement’. If you haven’t checked out their stories already, I highly recommend checking them out to get an idea of what they’re like as a TARDIS threesome. Otherwise, I’m very pleased to have written a story featuring the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Billy in ‘The Sunfire Chronicles’, especially following stories like ‘The Coins of Deno’, ‘Return to Christmas’ and ‘The Thirteen+ Doctors’.

In ‘Romance and the Cow Creamer’, the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa and Billy spend a holiday in Brighton on the planet Earth in 1925. They meet Becceri of Sarfenia and have an adventure where they help her evade the Sontaran headhunter called Wulfe. Here’s the synopsis for ‘The Sunfire Chronicles: Romance and the Cow Creamer’.

A 1920s seaside resort. An ideal holiday resort for Nyssa, Billy and the Fifth Doctor. Unfortunately, they’re swept into a mystery where the woman called Becceri happens to be at their hotel and has stolen a cow creamer from a wealthy couple of aristocrats. Will the Doctor uncover more of this mystery?
