On the twenty-seventh day of ‘Power Month’ in 2023, let’s look at the ‘Mighty Morphin Power Rangers’ episode called ‘A Star Is Born’. In this episode, Tommy auditions for a karate commercial. Bulk also auditions for the commercial. Who do you think will be the winner? 😀 The other Rangers also spend a day at the beach before they get rudely interrupted by Scorpina and Goldar attacking them with two monsters that become giants. Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

We come now to what is considered a fan-favourite in the new ‘Doctor Who’ TV series. Even Janet Fielding who plays Tegan in the classic TV series likes this episode. This is ‘Midnight’, a ‘Doctor Who’ episode by Russell T. Davies. In the episode, David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor is without Catherine Tate as Donna on the planet Midnight, as he takes a shuttle tour to visit a waterfall made of sapphires. There are special guest stars like Lesley Sharp as Sky Silvestry, Rakie Ayola as the Hostess, David Troughton (one of Patrick Troughton’s sons) as Professor Hobbes, Ayesha Antoine as Dee Dee Blasco, Lindsey Coulson as Val Cane, Daniel Ryan as Biff Cane, and Colin Morgan (well-known for playing Merlin in ‘Merlin’) as Jethro Cane.
