CD Review – ‘Luna Romana’ (Doctor Who)

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

To close off our look into the Tom Baker/Fourth Doctor era of ‘Doctor Who’ in the 60th Anniversary Marathon, it’s time for us to check out the third and final story of ‘The Quaddrigger Stoyn Trilogy’ by Big Finish called ‘Luna Romana’. Like ‘The Beginning’ and ‘The Dying Light’ before it, ‘Luna Romana’ was released to celebrate ‘Doctor Who’s 50th anniversary, albeit released in January 2014.

‘Luna Romana’ features the Fourth Doctor and the first three Romanas. It stars Lalla Ward as Romana II and Juliet Landau as Romana III. It’s a four-part ‘Companion Chronicle’ adventure by Matt Fitton. It also features Terry Molloy as Quadrigger Stoyn. This ‘Doctor Who’ adventure also pays tribute to Mary Tamm, the first Romana in the classic TV series, who sadly passed away in July 2012. 😦

Please feel free to check out, read and comment on my review for ‘Luna Romana’ by clicking on the link for it. You can purchase ‘Luna Romana’ either from Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.com or the Big Finish website.

Enjoy! 🙂

Bye for now!

Tim 🙂
