‘Doctor Who’ 60th Anniversary Marathon – ‘Attack of the Cybermen’

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ blog and I’m Tim Bradley!

It’s time for us to begin the first full season of Colin Baker’s era of ‘Doctor Who’. This is Season 22, a ‘Doctor Who’ season featuring Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor and Nicola Bryant as Peri. The first story of the season is called ‘Attack of the Cybermen’ by ‘Paula Moore’, featuring…you guessed it…the Cybermen. 😀 This also happens to be the first two-part story in the classic ‘Doctor Who’ series where the episodes are 45 minutes each. Maurice Colbourne also returns to play Lytton from ‘Resurrection of the Daleks’ and Davros actor Terry Molloy makes an appearance as Russell. ‘Attack of the Cybermen’ can be checked out on DVD, Blu-ray and Britbox. I’ve updated my reviews on each of the six stories featured in Season 22.
