As it’s Good Friday tomorrow, it’s a good time to revisit two dramatised productions of the story of Jesus Christ and the wonderful miracles he performed. I’ve seen the 1972 film ‘The Poseidon Adventure’ on Disney+ This is an intense disaster film which I enjoyed watching. It’s astonishing a disaster movie like this was made in the 1970s. DVD Review – ‘Small Soldiers’

Does anyone remember ‘Small Soldiers’? It’s a pretty underrated classic from 1998 by director Joe Dante of ‘Gremlins’ fame. I still love this film after seeing this film again. It also features a young Kirsten Dunst before she went on to become famous as Mary Jane Watson in the ‘Spider-Man’ films. Amazing that! Continue reading
