A superhero film series that I’m very pleased to have done my reviews on is the ‘X-Men’ film series produced by 20th Century Fox (now called 20th Century Studios). It was a fascinating film series to check out and revisit when it came to doing the in-depth reviews. Continue reading

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Hello everyone! 🙂

Welcome to ‘Bradley’s Basement’ and I’m Tim Bradley!

So, I’m quite behind on certain ‘Marvel Cinematic Universe’ shows on Disney+ at this point. I’ve seen shows like ‘WandaVision’, ‘Ms. Marvel’ and ‘Hawkeye’ to know some of the characters who are in ‘The Marvels’, but I haven’t seen ‘Secret Invasion’ featuring Samuel L. And welcome to the final instalment of the ‘X-Men Film Review Season’!!!!!

Yeah, I know, I know. I’ve got the two ‘Deadpool’ movies and ‘Logan’ to check out, but I’m basing my current ‘X-Men Film Review Season’ on the ‘X-Men’ 10 movie collection available on DVD and Blu-ray. For now, let’s end this review season with the latest and final instalment of the ‘X-Men’ film series by 20th Century Fox/Studios – ‘The New Mutants’. There’s one more ‘X-Men’ film to check out after this, but it’s time to check out the final instalment of the main ‘X-Men’ film series called ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’ – or just ‘Dark Phoenix’ as it’s called in the USA. ‘X-Men: Dark Phoenix’ is written and directed by Simon Kinberg. It stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Alexander Shipp and Jessica Chastain. Like ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’, has my opinion on ‘Dark Phoenix’ changed significantly since I first saw it at the cinema back in 2019? Continue reading
