It’s time for me to share my first ‘Doctor Who’ review in 2024! 🙂 Today, we’re checking out the Big Finish audio novel called ‘Watchers’, which is a story penned and performed by Matthew Waterhouse, the actor who plays Adric in the classic TV series and the Big Finish audios. The story features the Fourth Doctor and Adric as well as the Daleks, voiced by Nicholas Briggs.

‘Watchers’ is directed by Nigel Fairs, who also provides the music and sound design for this audio novel. I’m checking out this ‘Doctor Who’ audio novel before I check out ‘Prisoners of London’, featuring the Fifth Doctor, Nyssa, Tegan and Adric, as part of the upcoming ‘Nyssa Challenge’ mini-review season I’m hoping to share in 2024. Is ‘Watchers’ worthwhile as a ‘Doctor Who’ audio novel?
