On Easter Tuesday this week, my parents and I went to see a re-release of ‘Mary Poppins’ at the cinema. I greatly enjoyed watching this film on the big screen. I used to see ‘Mary Poppins’ when I was a kid in the 1990s. It’s incredible that the film is celebrating its 60th anniversary since its release in 1964. 🙂 Continue reading

Quick Movie Review – ‘Bedknobs and Broomsticks’

Last Friday, my parents and I saw a good Disney film on Disney+. This is the 1971 film ‘Bedknobs and Broomsticks’. I recall seeing this film as a little kid. The film might have been my introduction to World War II and the Nazis in 1940 as well as witches, though I can’t say this with absolute certainty. Continue reading
