On Easter Tuesday this week, my parents and I went to see a re-release of ‘Mary Poppins’ at the cinema. I greatly enjoyed watching this film on the big screen. I’ve seen two films on Disney+ lately, including ‘Hidalgo’ with Viggo Mortensen and ‘Saving Mr. Banks’ with Emma Thompson and Tom Hanks. I thought to share a couple of quick reviews on them. I’ve recently seen the film ‘Mary Poppins Returns’ at the cinema with my parents and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Beforehand, I’d seen the original 1964 film of ‘Mary Poppins’ starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke on Christmas Eve via BBC One. I’m glad I saw that before watching this special movie!
